I am very happy with the work performed by Smart Seal. We are renovating a 145 year old house. I was very pleased with Brandon who came out to the house, explained the whole process and gave us an estimate the following day. The crew showed up on the day we planned. They were all courteous and got to work immediately. They installed foam on the underside of the roof and in the walls. They finished the work and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I talked to Amber about foam insulation for 2 new metal buildings. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and we agreed on the foam and painting the foam white. She told me a date the work would be done and how long it would take. The guys came early on the scheduled date and worked all day to get the job done. They were great. The weather was cold and rainy so the paint took a couple days to dry. After it dried they inspected and found a few thin spots in the paint that I had not seen. They came back and repainted the thin spots making sure I was happy with the job. We are very impressed. They came when they said and did their own quality check. Even though the bid from Smart Seal Foam was not the lowest, I went with them. 1. because the rep who came out to give the estimate was knowledgeable and made sure he understood what we needed. 2. he suggested sealing first with closed cell, then open cell on top of that. The installers did a great job and left the guesthouse we are building and the metal roof porch well insulated. Very pleased with the foam insulation on my carport & patio. Anthony & his guys were polite ,hardworking and honest. They worked quickly & as neatly as they could to get the job done. “To consult spray team to not try to convince owner/contractor to accept the cuttings/residue from the job in their dumpster. When I was asked by the individual, I said I wouldn’t mind a small portion, that the foam fills a dumpster up quick. Consequently, he did load a large portion of the cuttings in the dumpster which I called in about. Your professionalism in quickly picking it up was commendable but the fact I had to deal with the circumstance at all was a little disappointing. I’ve had employees for a lot of years so I personally understand but someone else may not.”
